Hello 2018!

We’re excited to start the year off with a collaboration with one of our favourite innovative companies, Monzo. As a result, the theme for our first meet up of the year is Fintech. We’ll be discussing tech innovation in the financial sector, cultivating diversity and inclusivity, open banking API’s, how to fund a start-up and building communities.

Chelsea Slater, Co-Founder of InnovateHer / Liverpool Girl Geeks

Liverpool Girl Geeks have received funding from a number of avenues including sponsorship, grants and commissions which has enabled them to grow a team and deliver upon their mission to decrease the gender imbalance in tech. Chelsea will share insights on this journey to date and how to fund a start-up.
