A celebration is in order!

We are celebrating the successes of our 16 girls as they complete 8 weeks at the Liverpool Girl Geek Academy at FACT.

The Girl Geek Academy was created to encourage and inspire girls between the ages of 11-16 to consider a career in tech. During the course we have taught them the basics of code, how to build their own websites on WordPress and have showcased some future tech, role models and industry insights.

We are inviting friends, family and our wonderful sponsors Co-op Digital to the celebration where we will be presenting the girls with their awards.

Also attending will be WordPress co-founder Mike Little, who will be giving one lucky young lady the opportunity to have a one to one coding session with him.
